NistAgent Beta — Key Terms (Summary)

The beta is pre-release and not production-ready. Outputs are advisory only and not a formal CMMC/NIST assessment or certification.
Access is limited, revocable, and free during the beta, as long as you actively participate in onboarding, sessions, and feedback.
You remain responsible for your own compliance decisions and for any data you choose to upload.
Do not upload CUI or highly sensitive data unless separately agreed in writing.
NistAgent may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the product and models.
All NistAgent software, models, and workflows remain NistAgent's IP; you get a limited evaluation right only.
The platform is provided "as is", with no warranties and limited liability.
Either party can terminate beta access; some obligations (confidentiality, IP, etc.) continue after termination.
